Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Domestic Shipping (US): We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders.

Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after processing.

International Shipping: We currently do not ship internationally. We only ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Fractalized Kroma collects sales tax for purchases made within the state of Florida as required by law. For all other states, any applicable local taxes or fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at Support@fractalizedkroma.com with a photo of the damaged product and the packaging so we can arrange a replacement through our print partner.
